Do you offer blog design for WordPress?

Yes, I also offer my services for WordPress.

Are the Pre-Made Templates available for use on WordPress?

Yes, my templates are available for both WordPress and Blogger blogs.

When and how will I send payment for my order?

All payments are made via Paypal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to submit payment. A $175 deposit is required for custom Blogger & WordPress Designs; a $650 deposit is required for BlogSite/eCommerce Site setup. Once we've decided the project is agreeable to us both and I'm ready to get started, I will send you an invoice for the deposit. After your new design is installed and you're satisfied, I will send you an invoice for the remaining balance.

How will I know if my order is next in line?

Please check the Project List on the home page to determine availability. Also feel free to email me anytime to inquire.

Can I cancel my order from your list?

Yes, you can cancel your order from my waiting list any time. Once I have begun work on your design, the full deposit is non-refundable.

I want to change something in the installed template, is it ok to contact you to make the corrections?

After the final installation of your blog design, you have 7 days to use and browse around your blog to see if any adjustments are needed. I will keep a file of your Custom Blog Design for 7 days after completion of the design. After that time period, any edits will be made at a fee of $60 per hour.

FAQ's

Am I allowed to delete the link credits you have added?

No, the link back to SM Blog Design must stay in your blog as long as you are using the design I have installed in your blog.

Do you guarantee that no existing data in my blog will be lost?

When switching templates or changing design for Blogger or WordPress, your data, including blog posts and comments will not be lost or affected. But for security, I recommend you to save or download a full back up of your template before doing anything in your existing blog. I am not responsible for any loss of data while in the process of the installation. Please read my Design Terms.

What if I do not like the design you have installed in my blog, am I allowed to request another design?

No. You will receive a total of three drafts of your new design. If you are not satisfied with the design, that is the time to request revisions.

I have my own template, can I hire you to install/setup these in my Blogger/WordPress blog?

Yes, you can hire me to setup/code your images in your blog. Please contact me for the details.

I only need the template because I can manage the installation, can I order the template only?

Yes, you can also make an order for the template only. Please contact me for the details.

I have a particular scrapbook kit which I would love to use for my blog design, can you use it?

Yes, just give me the kit's URL you are referring to so that I can purchase myself and seek permission to use from the designer.

Do I have to pay for the scrapbook kit I chose to use for my blog design?

No, unless excessive, the cost of the scrapbook kit is included in the price of the Custom Blog Design.

While you are working on the installation, can I open my Blogger/WordPress?

You cannot open or do anything in your blog while the installation setup is in progress. This is to avoid inconsistency and errors.

Do you have to have access to my accounts?

Yes, I have to have temporary access to your Blogger/Wordpress/Photobucket/cPanel account. For the sake of the installation process, I will require you to give me temporary access to your blog which you can change after the installation is complete.
